HEAT EXCHANGER BACK FACING KIT

Heat exchanger back facing kit to fit our standard range of flange facing machines some of which can interchanged with the same kit servicing the MM1000i, MM1500i, MM2000i. Also available for the MM3000i, MM1080ie, MM1500ie and MM1875ie.

HEAT EXCHANGER MOUNTING PLATE KIT

Heat exchanger mounting plate kit where you are sanctioned to bolt into the tube bundle. The mounting plate kit is designed to fit our standard range of flange facing machines servicing the MM1000i, MM1500i, MM2000i. Also available for the MM3000i, MM1080ie, MM1500ie and MM1875ie.

JOURNAL TURNING ATTACHMENT

End shaft journal turning with a maximum of 16" STROKE designed to fit straight onto our standard range of flange facing machines servicing the MM1000i, MM1500i, MM2000i. Also available for the MM3000i, MM1080ie, MM1500ie and MM1875ie.

MM250i SHORT ARM ASSEMBLY

Short arm assembly for tight access when using either the MM500i or the MM610i. The arm comes complete with feed screws and carriage - assembled to make change over as quick and efficient as possible.

MM860i SHORT ARM ASSEMBLY

Short arm assembly for tight access when using either the MM1000i can be shortened to swing inside a (22.75") 580mm diameter. The arm comes complete with feed screw and selector gearbox to make change over as quick and efficient as possible.

HYDRAULIC POWER PACKS

From small 20 L/min to 60 L/min diesel driven hydraulic power packs to suit all of machines where hydraulic drive is an option. All of our power packs consist of motor and pump, on off switch, sight levels and temperature gauges, oil cooler and can be designed to your exact requirements.

HYDRAULIC VALVE CONTROL BLOCK

For controlling the flow to single drive or drive and feed motors with pressure compensated flow control in a single direction with fast return and mounted on a flat plate with only single feed and return required from the hydraulic power pack. We can also supply the hoses and quick release couplings.

HOT TAP CUTTERS AND INSERTED PILOT DRILLS

For our range of hot tapping machines we have a unique tooth profile ground onto our cutters and also supply inserted pilot drills that help centralise the shell cutters. We can alos manufacture the bodies to suit existing equipment from T.D.W and others. Mirage also has a fast response facility if required and can also supply carbide inserted shell cutters to customer sizes

Mirage can supply and manufacture drill bodies with inserts for all applications and have a range of inserts in coated HSS grades, Coated Cobalt through to solid carbide for valve faces and work hardened studs.

50 - 270MM (2 - 10.5")SUPER DRILL BODIES AND INSERTS

Mirage can supply Super drill bodies with inserts for all applications and have a range of inserts in HSS with centre drills to stabilize the cut. These drills work best when drilling from solid but we have modified some bodies to enable us to fit a steady to allow them to be used when opening out existing holes.

REDUCTION DRIVE AND 2.2HP MOTOR

For any of our internal/external flange facing machines this reduction drive can be pneumatic as well as hydraulic to enable orbital milling or grinding operations to be carried out at full rotational power.

ML0500 - QUILL TYPE MILLING SPINDLE

For any of our orbital products this new milling spindle is designed to take extreme loads over its 3.5" STROKE and keep the cutting tool well supported. It features an aluminium body with houses an 3.5" (90mm) adjustable sliding outer column with internal spindle directly driven by 5.0hp hydraulic motor. Digital scales can be fitted as an option and it can be supplied with a pneumatic motor.

ML0600 - QUILL TYPE WELD PREP. MILLING SPINDLE

For any of our orbital products this new milling spindle is designed to take extreme loads over its 3.5" STROKE and keep the cutting tool well supported. It features an aluminium body with houses an 3.5" (90mm) adjustable sliding outer column with internal spindle directly driven by 5.0hp hydraulic motor. It also has a swivel angle feature that will allow up to 30 degree prep to be milled on a flange or plate.
